Seoul: Story of a City
South Korea's capital city, Seoul, is an eclectic mix of the old and the new. Somehow it works.
This juxtaposition can be experienced all over the city. Riding modern trains and living in hanbok (traditional houses), eating burgers and kimchi, wandering through malls and palaces, singing karaoke and witnessing a Confucian ritual. It is exactly this difference that makes Seoul so exciting.
It is a city trying to find its modern identity while staying true to its ancient roots.
